We do this in a number of ways:
Team-building days and residentials. Develop ways of working together and explore values in a neutral environment. Shared experiences delivered through outdoor learning or creative arts can lead to lasting, positive change in the workplace.
Planning days and residentials; a combination of sessions led by you, and outdoor (adventurous or gentle!) or creative arts activities led by us.
Leadership training: designed to provide opportunities to explore, test, and develop leadership techniques, and to share ways of applying key principles back in the workplace.
Early careers: apprentice, trainee and graduate programmes, designed to equip your team with the soft skills needed to thrive in the workplace; such as resilience, productivity, creativity, adaptability, leadership, problem solving skills and communication techniques.
The structure of the day and activities are tailored to suit the needs of your organisation, the team, and the individuals that we work with.
Activities differ by venue, and include team building and problem solving challenges, climbing, water-based activities, art, drama, facilitated hill walks, bushcraft, dance and music composition.
Learning is fun, experiential, and designed to translate directly to the workplace.
