Whether you're organising a group residential, retreat, training event, wedding or family gathering, we offer exclusive-use accommodation in fantastic locations.
From a dramatic mansion and large residential centres to cottages, camping and glamping, our venues can accommodate groups ranging from up to 12 to over 100 guests. Venues are available for self-catered organised groups on an exclusivie-use basis, as well as for fully catered group residentials.
A trusted partner for organised groups
The venues are owned and operated by Sandwell Council, and the Residential Education Service has been providing residential experiences and accommodation for schools, youth groups and organised groups from across the UK for decades.
Our venues combine outstanding locations with practical, flexible accommodation. The same partnership approach that underpins our work with schools is applied to every venue hire and group accommodation visit, helping groups plan and deliver successful events, residentials and gatherings with confidence.
