SCHOOL RESIDENTIALS | EDUCATIONAL VISITS
** We're improving this page. Please bear with us 27th August 2026 **
Every learner is different. We cater to all personality and learning types with a wide range of activites and powerful experiential learning moments that enable everybody to succeed. We'll learn more about your school, your pupils, your hopes and expectations, and shape a visit around you. We've been doing this since the 1930's - you're in good hands.
INTRODUCTION
Whether you're planning a first residential for Key Stage 1 pupils, a Year 6 transition experience, helping secondary pupils settle into a new phase, or simply want a fun shared experience, we can create a programme that meets your objectives.
Our four residential centres offer outdoor learning, adventure and creative arts experiences in some of the UK's most inspiring locations. Every programme is tailored to your pupils, your aims and your curriculum.
With exclusive use available at each centre, your school can focus entirely on your own group's experience, relationships and learning that make residential visits so powerful. Planned well, a high quality residential will:
increase a sense of belonging,
improve achievement, progress and attainment,
improve engagement, attendance, and confidence in learning,
enhance relationships with staff and peers,
enhance resilience, confidence and wellbeing.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT CENTRE FOR YOUR GROUP
Memorable learning happens in memorable places. Whichever centre is best fit for your group, we know that a successful visit is about far more than just the activities that take place. It's about a warm welcome, great food, a strong focus on outcomes, and prosocial experiences. Exclusive use / sole-occupancy is available at each of our centres so that you can focus on your own group's experience; it'll be your home for the visit. T

Programmes for Every Stage
Primary School Residentials & Day Visits
Available from KS1, our programmes are designed with the appropriate pace and content to introduce younger children to new experiences. We can also explore a story, or enrich science, geography, maths or history for example.
With sole occupancy of a centre, you'll see a different side to the children; develop relationships, watch them interact and build confidence. At the end of your visit you’ll understand them even better.
You know your children, parents and school priorities best, and so we are always ready to tailor delivery to suit the needs of the group we are working with. We do have lots of tried & tested programmes ready to go too.
Secondary School Residentials & Day Visits
Our programmes are outcome-focussed and will allow your students to explore their capabilities, strengthen emotional skills, and develop confidence through a range of fun, experiential learning activities. With high challenge in supportive environments, it will strengthen your curriculum by giving opportunities to develop and apply a range of skills, attitudes and values in an inspirational setting. We'll create exciting learning moments and translate them in to lessons for life.
