STUFF FOR STUDENTS | PLAS GWYNANT
This page is for students coming to Plas Gwynant, and hopefully teachers, course organisers and parents might like it too! The links below will take you to useful stuff which you might find find interesting before (and hopefully after) your trip.
The following are links to activities that you might like to try at home, as well as links to organisations which give more info about some of the activities you'll have a go at during your visit.

Plas Gwynant's 25 Home Challenges
The team at Plas have come up with 25 Home Challenges which will keep the adventures alive while you are at home.
View the pdf HERE
If you'd rather have a black & white version you can find it HERE.
Part adventure, part creativity, there's something there for everyone! Don't forget to share your creations at #SRESatHome
Create a Time Capsule
Linked to the 25 Home Challenges, let’s create a time capsule of all the things you make, collect and do.
Put it in a safe place and set an opening date so you can look back on the things you achieved when the country went, well, a little bit strange.
Click the link and let Dan from Plas Gwynant show you how.
Wilderness at Home
Many of you that have been to Plas Gwynant have either completed the John Muir Award or seen our displays around the centre.
It's a brilliant programme that gets young people out in to wild places to discover and explore the great outdoors.
We've created a little John Muir recipe you can try to cook up a bit of "you time" and wilderness right there at home. Read more

Wildlife at Plas Gwynant
Here at Plas we often see interesting wildlife around the grounds and on activities, and we've got a wildlife camera that we set up around the grounds to capture what goes on when we're not looking. Keep checking back here for the latest uploads of our critters...
